Common problems
- If you lost your key or would like it re-sent, go here. Be sure to check your spam folder and add store@unknownworlds.com to your contact list. For some reason a lot of players are finding their keys sitting happily in their spam folder.
- To change the e-mail address you bought the game with, go here. Note this doesn't change your profile e-mail address.
