Medpack

Introduction

The Medpack is a Marine Commander purchasable assistance utility used to restore a Marine's health in and out of combat. It can be accessed from the Assist tab in the Commander Menu, and dropped by the Commander anywhere on the map. When a wounded Marine walks over a Medpack, he will automatically pick it up and recover health. The Medpack will also remove a Parasite on the receiving Marine.

  • Health on use: 50
  • Description: The Medpack injects microscopic medical nanobots into the wounded Marine's bloodstream, increasing his vitality by releasing artificial chemical compounds and enzymes.

• Remove Parasite
  • Description: The medical nanobots can detect and eliminate foreign organisms within a Marine, rendering him invisible to Kharaa lifeforms' Hive Sight.
