After a very busy couple weeks, we're back with the next podcast. Things have been going great around here and we're on the verge of being able to talk about a few significant new developments!
We also just got back from GDC 2008. With over 18,000 attendees, it's becoming a zoo. So much so, that it looks like it will become invite-only starting next year.
I wish these events could remain public, but it's really becoming less valuable because it's hard to find actual core game developers (as opposed to press, web, business, marketing, mobile, serious, casual, etc). This week we talk about the things that got us most excited about GDC.

We're cranking right now and kept this podcast short. This week we talk briefly about the Game Developer's Conference and the design ramifications of having a tutorial in Natural Selection 2.
Let us know what you think (and sorry about the siren!)
This week Max and I answer some of your questions posed here.
It's always hard answering questions when we're not sure about the answer. A lot of it comes down to experimentation and playtesting. Often it's gut instinct too, but there's no substitute for trying something.
So we tried to answer the questions that we feel relatively confident about the answers to (and skipped the more controversial ones).
Look for another video cast with Cory next week.
