On this week's podcast, we had a nice discussion with Dave "[WHO]Them" Kircher. Dave works at Valve and was instrumental for his work on Portal. We ask him about his background at Digipen, accessibility and iteration in game development, the team structure at Valve ("cabal" style, instead of a lead designer), multidisciplinary talent, playtesting and lots more.

Note: The recording of the podcast has some technical problems where Charlie gets out of sync towards the end. This makes for some funny pauses and interruptions, but we figured the podcast was worth posting despite those issues.
