I can't log in, even after resetting my password.

Some passwords seemed to corrupted when we upgraded to the latest version of our forum software during our site launch. If you've tried resetting your password and it still doesn't work, just e-mail store@unknownworlds.com and mention your handle (and optionally, the password you'd like your account to use) and we can fix it up for you.

If you simply forgot your password, you can reset it here.

If you no longer have access to your e-mail address, write us at store@unknownworlds.com and tell us everything you can to convince us that you are the true owner of the account.

I didn't get my NS2 pre-order key in my e-mail. Could you resend it?

Sure, just go here. The site and e-mail you get refers to "Decoda" but this is really Natural Selection 2. We'll be updating this with a better script soon.

I seem to have lost my Constellation icon. How can I get it back?

Write to constellation@unknownworlds.com with your profile name and any proof of Constellation payment you have and we'll fix it.

How do I find my SteamID? How do I update my account to use it?

Easy, just follow these instructions. To update your account with it, make sure you're logged in, then click your handle name in the upper-right to edit your profile, click Edit Profile Information, then enter it into the "Steam ID field".
