I have noticed in 3.2 that aliens within SC range still show up on MT.

Is this a new feature?

Do aliens need to be fully cloaked and inside SC range?

I was always under the impression that SC was the counter to MT, but this seems to negate this so I'm assuming its a bug!

I'm am also curious of the fine points of the cloaking meter.
At which points does the model transparency begin/increase?
