The forum group that held the Constellation sub-forum no longer exists. The Constellation forum itself exists, but there isn't a link to it anymore, so you can't GET there unless you happen to know the link off-hand.

I see everything just fine. Perhaps my PT status is relevant. Perhaps it's not.

Anyone else in the "Member" usergroup having trouble seeing the Contributor Forum Group or the Constellation Sub-Forum?

I can access the forum if I know the link but it doesn't show on the main forum listings.

Here's another relevant screen shot, of what I see if I go into the Constie forum manually, with the old link:
