I was playing ns_lucid after first instlaling and had the opportunity to find a way to get stuck as a gorge
It was in the Fear hive, here are some screen shots:
It was as if I had gorge hooked into that corner and couldn't get out; every time I'd move away it would pull me bck. This experience though could've been related to my lag (250 ping), but I was genuinely stuck as you do see people talking to me in the chat.
I tried briefly to replicate it in the same game, but was unable to do so (extremely briefly). Felt it wouldn't hurt to post it though
