HA is superior to JP.
The JP has its use, but can't take much dmg in a firefight. a HA train (bunch of HA) will simply weld and keep going. Takes a few min longer, but thats why catalystpacks were invented. Same with PGs.
Only use JPs on maps with insane vent systems and many big open rooms.
or combat, but thats not NS to my opinion
