because it is. the original concept was made by masanori ota himself. he even appeared once in one of our meetings with production ishikawa goku and seishinsha to discuss some merchantdising articles we are working on. the 6mm compact was based on a pistol in otas galhound posterbooks, and would have done it into his last limited edition release as model kit, but was stomped because the priority was set on s.a.c. replicas.

only thing thats left is this drawing, next to many others i took with me to the meetings. the rapid prototype model landed in the shredder

but the amount of detail he puts into his work is the cause why many people love his artsworks. except the first issues of appleseed...

but I never liked his short weapon designs.
