I have played NS about 1 month and know all the basic knowledge about this game and now im looking some demos, i have problem with it cuz i cant free look or overview ( it didnt show the positions of players) compared with CS HLTV.
Is it cuz i need any patches or NS HLTV doesnt provide this?

First off the overview map is broken so no matter what you do you can't see the players on the map. Second, you can use freelook by typing "spec_mode 3" in console. You cannot use the mouse while in that mode so you have to bind some keys to the movement commands. Since I don't normally use the arrow keys I bound the movement to them.
bind "UPARROW" "+lookup"
bind "DOWNARROW" "+lookdown"
bind "LEFTARROW" "+left"
bind "RIGHTARROW" "+right"
Moving forward and backwards should still be on your 'w' and 's' keys. Please note that your 'a' and 'd' keys will switch players and not move you sideways.
Happy spec'ing
