Probably not. Anyone who wanted to convert it would need the author's permission, and the guy who posted it to csbanana specifically said that he's not the author, and he doesn't know who the author is. That's gonna make it really hard to ask the author for permission.

If I were you, I'd just find a manual and convert it myself for personal use, or release it if you like to live dangerously.

Do it yourself, theres plenty of tutorials that can teach you how to do it.
