Whats the best setting to reduce as much fps lag as possible? like a gl_ command maybe or somethin just to maybe make it look more software mode.
At the mo if i see even spore its like......20 fps :/

Kiddie, try reducing things like resolution, and graphics quality.
Change of resolution tends to have the greatest impact on FPS rate in any game, but texture quality can have an effect also.
