Are you running it as root?
Are you running AMX(X) or Metamod? If so disable them for the time being.

AHA!

FreeBSD is a Unix environment, you need to emulate a linux environment! biggrin-fix.gif
mount_linprocfs linprocfs /compat/linux/proc, apparently.
Get
[root@games (~)]# mount_linprocfs linprocfs /compat/linux/proc
mount_linprocfs: /usr/compat/linux/proc: No such file or directory
