The blue part I rendered with Cinema 4D, and the rest was all done in Photoshop. I put all the colour in in Photoshop, and the grunge and fire are all brushes. Basically, fool around with different layer types and effects, and pick up a set of good brushes.
My desktop running at 1680x1050.
Using Windows Blinds for the mac theme then rainmeter and rainlender.

Print screen, then open Paint/photoshop and paste it(ctrl+v)
Save to desktop.jpg, Go to imageshack, upload it, And its ready .
