Ive seen posts talking about hot keys and impulses for voice commands, but how do I bind them?

Full Version: How Do I Bind Impulses?
The general format is placing the following line of text in your config.cfg file in the NS directory.
bind "A" "B"
Where A is the button you want to use and B is the command you want executed. Make sure that you delete any other lines that also use A as its button.

That would bind the down arrow on the NUMPAD to Chuckle as a alien.
