When I look through recently-created glass, and I look over into the direction of marine start, I see... marine start! Whats up with this?

Sky brushes do not block vis. You'll either have to construct the outer hull for it (which would look better and be realistic), or make a visblocker/use hint brushes to make sure the marine start does not get rendered.

So you say I should construct the outter hull, meaning create a brush that blocks up any other views I might be seeing?

this screenshot/layout doesnt seem to make ANY sense. except you want the ms to be seen from outside. then you will have to texture the outer walls of the ms aswell.
