The top picture is the model when I import it into HLMV.
THe bottom picture is the indexed picture in photoshop.
The same quality loss is there when I import it in milkshape as well.

Let me guess: paintball hopper? biggrin-fix.gif

Weird for it to do that, make sure its 8 bit and not some other weird colors. :o
Try decompiling the model, replace the skin, and compile again. Maybe it wont do that.

yeah i modeled my piranhi gti. I was too lazy to make a hopper so I stole it from DPB. I just remeshed it. I think the problem is more than how im saving it, cause ive tryed everything. I think it has to do with my card drivers cause i had a similiar problem in DOD in dark areas. It was all green and fugly and contrasted. The whole skin is fugly. :S
Im going to try to reinstall my drivers...or something. confused-fix.gif

*Edit* if anybody else gets this problems its the graphics card drivers biggrin-fix.gif

the hopper proportion is a little offset. Shouldnt it be about 1/3 the current size?
CoolCookieCooks
