There exist would-be tremendously useful commands, "+scrollleft", "+scrollup", "+scrollright", and "+scrolldown", for scrolling the commander view using the keyboard.

There is an entry in the NS bug tracker mentioning a bug with these commands. Since the bug is nearly a year old and still listed as "new", I thought I could add some information :)

To reproduce this problem, bind keys to the mentioned commands, and use them to scroll around the map. The view stops scrolling when the player either moves the mouse, even one pixel, or releases any of his scroll keys. This former is a problem for obvious reasons, and the latter is a problem when scrolling diagonally. If you are scrolling your view to the left, for example, and want to adjust it down slightly in the meantime, then you will tap your scrolldown bind for a short time. When you release the scrolldown key, you will stop scrolling left, even though you are still holding the scrollleft key.

I hope that's the information that is needed.
