Introduction:
Now we have NS and CO 2 offical map types. Also there are seige and Mvm etc weird maps. NS map requires strat. and teamworks. Co map requires Skills and teamworks as well. As long as u play, CO_map become mindless killing.NS map is getting bored. My idea is : Add 1 more offical map type which combine NS_map and CO_map. A map which requires teamwork/strat/Skills, also you can feel the fun of CO( kill kill and KILL!) This is my idea of NC map.
Features:
In NC map there s no command chair/armory/armslab only 3 IP for marines.
So marines will have limit ammo for support. Marines will reinforce like 4-5 sec per unit.
Aliens will start in a hive with plenty of DC , MC , Sc and also OC for protection.
Aliens can spawn quickly after death ( like 2 -3 sec)
Background:
NC maps are base on an offence of aliens.But it is different. There are 3 levels for aliens to overrun be4 the time limit to archive their victory.Marines need to hold their position at all cost.
Levels:
1:platform/High level/Slope/RT node position with tower
2:Corridor/bridge with bunker denfence
3:Marines Main Base with turret, bunker, tower
Different Level will have different plot.
level 1:
Marines:
Deep into aliens area there is an obs. Using a welder, active the obs will provide a better vision for marines.
Aliens:Turn off the switch on the tower and open the vent lead from the hive.Aliens can come from the tower instead of mindless charge to the marines directly.
Level 2:
Marines:
Active the phase gate in the underground and bring extra ammo/med for your team in certain period
Aliens:
Damage the power station near the bridge and switch off all the LIGHTS!
Level 3:
Marines:
a)weld the switch of the lift , bring HA and JP for your team!
b)weld the switch and turn on the automatic denfence system. A hugh mines field will appear on the way from aliens area to marines base
Some equip are supply in bunkers / towers/ Armory room
Bunker= Hmg+ SG ( both X 2)
Tower= GL x 1
Armory Room = Welder + Hmg+ SG + GL ( X 5 for all)
These are some example of the plot. Suck out from airlock, crash by materials, active seige cannon/turret. more more and more.
Command/resource/equip/ranking
there are command in both aliens and marines team.Using a 12v12 game as an example.
Marines:
-Ranking

2 Captain
9 Pvt
In here command dun need a comand console to drop equips/med/ammo.A small log by clicking the mouse 2 button include everything.Dropping Equipment also require Resource but only 1 res node for each team.
Command can upgrades weapons and armors , also using an obs , resupply the team, etc etc. BUT SCANNING IS ONLY ALLOW IN THE OBS AREA.So your team need to active the obs
Due to limit ammo , your have to resupply your team so often.
Command can only support ammo/med for captain. Resupply Pvts is the job of Captain.
Captains number x 20 res = Resupply Cost for entire team.
once the resupply start, it will automatically spend a certain res until u have resupply the entire team.( 2clip of ammo + 1 medpack)
Equipments can be drop by using the log .
It cost "more res" than NS setting.

It is recommand to use lmg instead of equipment.Spend more res on upgrades is essential.
Troops Deploy
Each structures (bunker/tower) can only contain 2 marines.
So command need to deploy careful. Once he deploy some noobs, The risk of getting own will increase. ( All the structrues will be damage by aliens, but they will prevent the troops inside from spores / spit and acid rockets. OBS are invulable)
Also, Except the war zone( Marines areas to aliens hive), marines are forbidden to escape. The first time, they will phase back to their post. secoond time, they will be kill at once.
Each Marines / Aliens lifeform cost 1 res to reinforce.
Aliens:
Rankings
1 Behaman (Spell ? ) Fade
1Elite - Onos
3 Vetern -Lerk / Onos
6 Rookie -Skull/Gorge/Onos
Personal I think fade is the most aggressive lifeform in Alien. So i put it as the leader of aliens. The only job for aliens leader is deploy the resource for his team to evo and active upgrades like regen / cloak by using the resouce of his team.
Ranking = The lifeform u can use in the entire game.
Lifeforms.
Except Leaders, You can never be a fade. ONOS are free for everyone.
Onos-20 Res
Lerk- 15 Res
Gorge- 5
Skull- Free.
As a elite/ vertern, your first lifeform will be Onos and lerk. You will keep your lifeform until
1: your leader give u extra res to evo
2: u want a lower lifeform.
Skills/Abilities are include as a "tech upgrade" like marines. Your leader will have to spend his resource wisely for abilities upgrades like leap.
3rd Ability = 25 ( Onos 3rd ability cost 30)
4th Ability= 70
Do remember, gorge cannot build anything except OC. Once your team lost the RT node, you have to depend your team to kill and gain res.
1 Marine = 1 Res
1 Onos = 5 res
1 Lerk =2
1 Gorge =2
Summary:
Marines:
You need a welder to active turret and electric TF in Level 1 and 2
Escape/Leave the war zone is forbidden.
Most of the weld point require JP.
Some armory Room provide HA suit and Weapons.
OBS are invul. Scan can only be done in certain areas.
**Marines Command Can be EJECT/Change in fellow ways**
1: KIA
2: Eject by his team
Aliens leader is just the same.
Aliens:
Damage some of the structures may cause some special situation happen like
1:Vent open
2:Toxic gas spread through marines position
3:A sudden damage in structures ( bunker and tower crash)
4:Lights runs out(completely dark, even players switch to high gamma

1:How many Resource will aliens and marines own?

2:The way lead to marines position lay barely?
No. There are lots of cover like cargos.
3:Why it is forbidden to escape ?
The entire game require teamwork.Also there are plenty of space for marines.
Escape is a coward action. You will not be kill for the first time. 2 time, u re done.
4:NC is a WW2 between marines and aliens. Right?
Definently NOT! they are indoor battles. Just more complicate than CO map.
5:Aliens are target practise. Right?
No.There are so many covers. Marines have limit ammo. But to prevent Camping, GL are support in the tower.
6:NC is not stick to NS .
Well CO is not stick to it either! CO map = CS:close combat. Bunker and towers are features in NC map. Different map types have different features. CO = mindless killing. NS= Build up a base and fight. They are the same!
Correction:
Corr the ranks
delete chain gun and missile . Bunker and Tower provide HMG/SG/GL instead of them.
Fix some of the mistakes
Fix some of the ideas.
** Once marines are deploy in bunker they can NEVER get out of it **
Once the position is overrrun ( all the protective structures are desotry)
All marines will phase back to next level . Some perpartion time are giving.
Timelimit :
Level 1: 10 min
Level 2: Add 5 min ( Finish time + Addition time)
Level 3: Add 10 min
NC map is longger than CO but shortter than a "Proper NS "
