hey every1 i would appretiate sum help to do with installing models sprits ect ....

1stly i have tryed many downloads and they have all failed

i have been extracting them to where i was suppsoed to be ,

maybe you should try the aptly named customization help forum. there's plenty of FAQs and tutorials available that can help you with installing custom models, etc. just look.

Moved to help and troubleshooting

You might have to just manually put them in your /ns/models folder instead of just extracting to /ns

Ideally, it will prompt and ask if you want to replace the (existing) file with the new one-
