Okay, I've no idea where to post this, I don't really see a metamod plugin code or "SDK" forum.

anyway.

Since NS final 3.0 release, my bots have been having weird behaviour, plus crashing (well in debug mode) when they receive orders.

I am guessing the SetOrder message changed, but to what? also I'm guessing AvHOrderTargetType, or AvHOrderType constants were changed.

I am also guessing that the AvHUser3 constants changed since my aliens don't attack marines anymore (as they depend on iUser3).

Basically from the little "SDK" thing that was produced by the devloper team the last reelase, what has changed, is there a new little "SDK" thing that can be made to help us poor developers for NS (especially me tounge.gif)

now I'm back to work cos I'm real busy and at the same time trying to please my pestering botters tounge.gif

You might want to PM or email the devs... This is kind of an out-of-the-way subforum, and I doubt the devs ever look at it, unless someone were to call their attention to it. I'd do it on your behalf, but it'd sound better if you asked them directly, I'm sure.

Good luck Cheeseh on getting RCBot working again.

I'd like to see this happen -- it'll depend on how much time the team can volunteer to get the changes into a public format.

by the way I still would like to know how to get the avaliable alien weapons -- because at the moment I'm just taking it from number of hives, but that doesn't count in combat maps, so aliens will never use the two locked weapons at the start even if they unlock them
