People have asked me in the past for commander point of view demos since you can't get them from the HLTV demos, so I decided to post some for general viewing.

This first one is from last CAL season's (season 4) finals, which featured my clan Reflect playing against Gorge Lovin' on ns_veil. The general strategy here was to cap as much of the map as possible in the first few minutes and then kill as many nodes and put as much pressure as possible on the hive as possible before fades. We were fairly successful in this, which eventually led to us getting a phase gate up at their hive. From there I decided to hit their first hive right away, a somewhat risky strategy but very debilitating if successful. G'lovin held us off pretty well but our map control allowed me to keep upgrades going and enabled me to drop meds liberally. Ultimately this prevented them from getting a second hive due to our containment and because their only node was sieged down, forcing them to concentrate on getting nodes instead of expanding. Both teams threw almost everything into the battle, so it ended up deciding the game.

Whenever I record com demos, there's horrible warping and tearing from high-placed walls and black areas when I move the screen.

Anyone else experience this, or know how to fix it?

Cheers!

nothing you can do to fix it, comm demos are fairly broken but still useful to watch
