So, what customs are enforced by concistency, and which ones aren't? This is especially for sprites, because apparently some are blocked and some aren't
Models:
-All are blocked.
Sounds:
-I think they're blocked, but I'm not sure.
Sprites:
-Crosshairs: not blocked
-HUD: not blocked.
-Motion Tracking & Hive Sight: Not blocked.
-RT nanosludge sprite: Not blocked
-Siege blast sprite: Blocked.
-Muzzleflash: blocked.
That's all I have for now, it should be about right so far, but there's lots of sprites missing, notable explosions, bullet sparks, blood, etc. I have no idea here.
Help me keep the list correct

...i don't think v_models are blocked, just p_models and w_models...though i could be wrong.

All models and sounds are blocked.
Explosions (and their effects) and muzzleflashes are blocked, I believe. All other sprites should be unblocked.

Devour sprite is blocked, gestate might be blocked but I haven't checked.
Any sound which is a .wav is blocked.
