In a recent game, when I joined the marines had already established huge turret farms around the other two hives. This wouldn't be an impossible challenge except for the fact that with only one hive Lurkers can't cast Umbra. Without this skill we tried for like an hour to only get 1 hive back but failed and finally lost.

otherwise, just stick together with 10 Skulks and all rush them and die heoric deaths! Skulks move faster than turrets can track, as long as you don't go directly into them.. so just jump around while trying to attack them (aka do a manic bunny hoping manuvour).. carapace upgrade must! With 10 guys.. you should be able to take out at least 1
