Add "-debug" to the ./hlds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

how can i fix this? my other CS/HL/TFC steam works fine except NS, please assist.

I don't know. Did you check the freeBSD thread that's stickied to the top of this forum?

are you running metamod if so what version?


as this is common if you are using an old version of meta mod you will geta seg nfault as tries to load

all i did, was install steam, update steam.

- edit server.cfg

run hlds_run, thats all.

didn't install any mods.

Really tho, 99% of the unix server ops are using Linux so you're gonna get more help using the OS people use.
