I had a idea with a LMG type gun i want to make and so far ive just made a simple design for it...nothing fancy just an picture to show basically what its gonna look like.
So tell me if i should make it.

oh, and rather than asking if you should make it just go ahead. If you think it will look good then make it.
It looks a bit like that rifle from Star Trek and the deafult LMG.

looks like the shott yand the lmg had a love child.
It looks plain. Maybe the texture will make it look nice, but now it looks too undetailed.
