why does this always happen to me,i get beta 5 but the only servers that are there sare beta 4 servers HELP ME

Did you delete the old beta 4 folder before installing beta 5?

Did you close steam before installing beta 5?

Go to your steamapps/halflife folder; if there's a folder called "nsp" then save any of the screenshots demos or whatever you cherish and delete it. Beta 5 is to be installed to the "ns" folder.

Yeah, you have to delete your nsp folder in SteamApps\email\half-life\.

It gives you a dll message whenever you have the wrong version.

Change the game type in your server filter from beta4 to beta5.

I didn't have to delete anything.

When you open Steam, make sure you enlarge the panel. You should see:

"Natural Selection (beta)
Natural Selection (beta 5)"

Make sure you're starting the beta 5, not the beta. I had the same problem as you when I found out that my panel was too small and I didn't realize there was another NS field under Third Party Games.
