DISCLAIMER: I did search for this... keyword: cloak, from today and older.
When you are cloaked as a skulk, the cloaked teeth cover up the health and make it impossible to read.

Not a bug per se, but it is a known issue. Whether it was jotted down in the "to do" list, we do not know.

I have noticed this but i don't worry about it because im not a good skulk and just get killed almost instantly.

I think this was implicit in the alien HUD cleanup entry, but it should be explicitly entered.
