WhiteZero has requested it and I shall create it. This is a side project for when I get bored with Vargus.

My main concern is how to vary it up with diff. colored lights and diverse textures but here's a silly shot with my custom textures on display and some OK architecture... oh and, "Yes that IS stomach acid I'm standing in. ^_^"

har. don't walk in the acid. it can discintigrate a marine in less than a minute.

cows have 5 stomaches i guess - im no farmer - but it would be cool if you find the names of the cow-stomaches and name your roooms like that

Interesting at how you are doing the concept of iniside the stomach of an Onos. All you will need is rooms varied in size and shape, possibly showing off the flesh of the stomach aswell as infestation. Pieces of marines, Ammo, Healthpacks, Weapons laying on the ground, maybe even just lumps of wall/railing/pipe/grate oh the possibilities are getting endless.

EDIT: Its gonna be pretty funny to see a hive inside the belly of an Onos. Hehe.

Am I the only one that realises that an Onos isn't big enough for 'rooms' let alone two teams of 16 players?

Or is it the mother of all onii (don't know the plural for onos)

well lets say that this onos is just really really big, or that the marines have been chewed into small peices of meat...

the doctor skullkies go inside of the sick onos to clean up the stomach.

I like this idea alot.

Different stomach chambers, intestine tunnels, organs, various acid spurting glands, the lungs blow you around, rising and falling acid levels based on different events... shoot the gall bladder and the acid levels rise while the giant onos roars in pain, it's got lots of potential.

Reminds me of Shadowman and Blood for some reason...

hehe, it's an onos on steroids

Make a mouth room, and you can sit there and watch a looping demo of a game you played from the viewpoint of an onos playing on a screen outside of the mouth (HUD removed)

Stick a storyline in it. The Marines got a new shrinking technology so they shrunk a few squads to get inside an Onos and kill it from the inside out. Although during the shrinking process some aliens managed to break into the lab and got in the beam aswell shrinking them along with the Marines. The Marines not knowing aliens were shrunk got inside of an onos whilst being followed by the aliens and thus the aliens made a mini hive while the marines set up a command post.

Something like that

"No, a mini onos devoured me while being devoured by the big one!"

poor monster onos small armies fighting in the inside.

but one has to admit, that there will be some funny possibilies. although Im not a friend of the classic "funmap"-crap this one has potential.
imagine the sounds you can here while playing. battlesounds from outside the onos, maybe some ambient sounds mixed in so you can tell whats going on outsde. from time to time a marine body floats by, smashing all the poor players that stand in the way XD
"realsized" models could be used as cover. never ever thought about how a medpack would safe your life? it will if its 3 metres tall ^^
and dont forget the onos sounds.

Irrelevent of how many stomachs a cow has, it would be really cool if the location names were based off of organs such as cow stomachs and what not

EDIT: Here is an idea, the marine start is in the Onos's mouth and the hive is in the buttex. The marines must travel from the mouth to the butt.
