Say I am a gorge at the beginning of the game and I have saved enough rps to build a hive. But some marine kills me along the way and I spawn back into skulk with 33 rps. Meaning I lost 67 rps, which really pisses me off. You shouldn't lose any rps due to getting killed. Could there be some kind of system where if you die as a gorge, the RPs you lost due to death will come back to you when you evolve into him again.

*edit sorry, this wasn't the best place to post

biobrain the 67 rp's u lost got dispersed to the other gorges on your team when died.  If there were no other gorges on your team then you would have kept them.

Really?  Well, that's good to know I guess.  Not a bad idea.

 "Come help me!  I'm dieing over here!"

 "Heheh NO!"

 "...what?"

 "I says NO."

  ::asrifle::  ::gorge::

 "W00t!  I'm rich!  See ya later suckers!  I'm building a mansion!"

:D

i thoguht the RP just got thrown away :/ but now i know the RP wont be lost if there are gorges on team than dieing isnt a bad thing is it :/

hmm, this could be a good strategy:

If 3 gorges have 66 rp - not enough for a hive, 2 of em could evolve and give the one gorge enough for a hive...

you don't lose the RPs they just aren't shown, Evolve back into a gorge, just as your evolution finishes if you look at your resource meter, assuming you had 80RP when you were a gorge before you will see an influx of RPs bringing you back to around what you were at before
