On an additional note, Daphisto's site appears to be looooooooong gone. T2k still has the files, iirc, but they're still not really "back".


Or if they are, their DL page isn't working.

I downloaded that thing and the rar file is password protected. I cant extract anything.

Ok I found the password by searching the web, cauz I use some other program to extract rar files, with that program if I dont have the password it wont extract anything at all. I dont want to download winrar jut for this useless skins.... It's not something that I have to have.

I dunno what program you use, pretty much everything can open RAR files these days. They're also more efficient at saving space. But hey, if you want to stay in the dark ages.....







Also, I believe you'll find these are MODELS, not skins.

That pack isn't on NS Armslab. This I can tell you for a fact.

At most there's a partial one that's 3 versions old, which was put up without my permission, without appropriate credits, and took several months to even get basic credits.

Furthermore, when I even supplied a fairly decent readme covering most of the pack, they just ignored it. GG. And thats why you don't see any of my packs since then on Armslab.

In fact I'm considering even asking for the removal of what little of mine they DO have, since its woefully obsolete compared to my current pack. It just causes confusion especially when people send me feedback and I have to ascertain which version they're using.

AVP pack is basicly this, but with a red skulk, so its on nsarmslab.

No its not "basically this" because my latest pack uses transparent effects to clean up the models, adds fancy wings, there's been a few animation fixes, and adds in the Predator. Purely on the Aliens front, my latest pack has a black skulk, black skulk teeth, green/blue fade, green/blue fade hands.


However I can easily prevent this confusion. If noone understands the difference then its a simple matter of REMOVING any outdated versions from the net.
