I am slijmie and i want to make a map project with some people...
I am searching mappers that can make maps and make concepts so if you like to join add me on msn :

But seriously like Mendasp said, who's going to say sure, without knowing what at all you have in mind.

Also show some of your work, incase someone did want to join you, they wouldn't want to join with someone that doesn't have a clue how to map.

Yeah and I doubt with any specifics you'll get anyone to join you. Besides I think a lot of use have plenty of our own projects to keep us busy till HL2 comes around.

all he asked for, was one or two mapper, that actually will obey him and create what he wats them to create. thats how it sounds to me.

would be another thing if some vet mappers would ask that. as a "newbie" I would be a good idea to point out, WHAT EXACTYLY you want to achieve, ideas, possible layouts.

By the use of the word searching I would guess that he's foreign, so we need not be so harsh on how he worded his request. Who knows, maybe it was a jab at this forum's mapping prowess (I doubt that though, because there are some seriously pant-wetting creations in the pipeline at the moment).

Anyway, I can't give you any mapping help at the moment. Nor can I give you any concept drawings. But I could give you some ideas for maps. I'd only be able to write them down as I have no access to a private computer (or one that I can save and upload pictures on) at the moment but if you're interested, PM me.

Also check my ns_solace thread because I mentioned a since abandoned map concept in there.

EDIT: I wouldn't mind knowing a little bit about your mapping experience though.

I do not think English is his first langauge, and think he meant "mappers willing to make maps".

I need mappers for my new map co_urine it will be an co_ map and i want some special effects in this map.
I allready got an idea for the map concept.... but i`m still workin on it so..
I like it if the mappers are from holland or if you not from holland its not a really big problem so.....
So if you like to map with me just add me on msn
That was what my idea is, if you have other idea`s just say it..

Ahem. You might want to look into changing your name. As for the project, I'm going to say what I've always been saying to these:

Most mappers here are already working on a map of their own, and as such have no reason nor will to start working on a group project (especially when they know NOTHING of what they're supposed to create and who they are working with). It sounds to me like you just want a bunch of people to create your idea. I'm afraid it doesn't work like that though - people just aren't like that. They want something in return. Creating your own map gives it a sense of self-satisfaction. So basically, what I'm saying to you is A. Change your map name and B. Learn how to map and make... co_urine or whatever you choose to call it yourself.

edit: clarification
