I think its just me but when im a marine, the radar for me is just a rectangle with this grey anc clear map, which i guess shows the hallways. But I dont have  a crosshair there telling me where i am, nor do i know what direction im facing, and most importanly I dont see any allies or enemies on the minimap, and when i look at NS screenshots, the mminimap has allies positions on it, can someone help?

yeah me too, its just a picture with nothing on it, not very useful for a minimap  

Yep, same for me.  Minimap shows shape of building but there's nothing on it to indicate myself or other things.  It scrolls around when i move though...

It only shows all the stuff to the commander so you will have to trust in him if he tells you to go somewhere.

it shuld at least show your teammates

or AT Least some kind of indicator where i am, like a dot or even better a small arrow....
