Sorry if this is in the innapropriate place, but where can I get a hold of resources for the latest build of NS, like NS2.wad? Im using NS 2.0 at the moment

Is the correct place, but press F3 and search your PC. Or Reinstall NS to get them to appear.
IS ns2.wad included with NS v2.0?

I do not know, but I'm guessing no. Find someone to send it to you, or download PB3.05.

ns2.wad is NOT included with NS 2.0 - download 3.0 already!
I cant, I dont have and cannot use Steam. Its a bit of a download just to get the wad files from it.

Because I lost my CD Keys, I need to go out and buy HL again, but I can't afford it.
I believe you can buy it for 9.99, or.. wait for HL2, Gold edition; I believe; which includes HL 
If HL is still installed on your Computer, you should be able to find the CD key somewhere in the registry. I can't recall where, exactly, but I do know that this is what I had to do to find my CD key when installing Steam, as my CD case is long gone.
I'd been using NS 2.0 until shortly before B5 release. For the most part, maps made for 2.0 will still work for 3.0, but in rare cases there are bugs that will only appear in 3.0, which I discovered while trying to update ns_lost, so I updated to make fixing easier.

I know that, but im using Valve's offline CD key for the moment, until such a time when I can replace it. And theres no way im going to get HL2, It won't run on my PC
