The first problem I noticed is that my pop up menu doesnt apepar ever, all I get when I do it is some wierd overlapping words appearing in the top left corner. sometimes when I move my mouse around after right clicking it gives me descriptions of pop up menu selections, so its as if its there but I just cant see it.

Also when playing as aliens, I dont see the hive mind blips that my friend sees on his computer for whatever reason. Theyre just not there.

And periodically NS will crash to the desktop. and its not like I can just re launch it and play, after it crashes I cant connect to ANY server because it says "cant validate wonID"

Yes so its kind of pointless to keep playing after the first 10 minutes since you cant evolve/upgrade weapons or armor

For some reason I CAN see waypoints as the marine, but still no pop-up menu or alien blips

Running a GeForce2 btw

my problem is: it crashes too but already after 5 seconds. before all worked well (2 days new...) i can join the next game without any problem but then again it crashes after 5 seconds

Are you using software mode?

it also crash's to my desktop but hopefully i have fix it with buying some new RAM

i never use software mode
but i solved te problem by reinstalling
