As you can see in this demo, I can't switch to swipe directly after blinking once I get focus, there is always a pretty big delay, making it impossible to kill jetpackers efficiently. Is this intented or a bug? And sorry if this has been reported already, I searched both the bt and the forums and didn't find anything related to this

I find weapon switching is quite awful on the Fade anyway...especially switching between blink and meta. Frequent hiccups like you describe. Does having focus really create the problem or does it just accentuate it?

k, well i tried it and it was fine for me.


i may be wrong but i think what your trying to do is blink, swipe, then blink and swipe quickly after previous swipe? if thats the case then the focus swipe i believe is still recharging, since focus is like almost double damage, but it has a double cool down time till the next attack.

Remember NS has a nasty bug of having weapons fire without showing their animations. Such is the case with blink and swipe. When you switch from blink to swipe and fire, although it may not show you swiping, the swipe is registered and still does damage. The same may be happening with leap, except that the leap animation plays a more crucial role in its proper function (much like you could still fire bitegun even if it was redded out, but you could not fire leap if it was redded out)

From what ive noticed the fastswitch in 3.5 has a weird sort of delay for all weapons esp if using focus, this didnt used to happen in 3.4a and its not just that the bite or swipe doesn't show up while still doing damage because ive tried it many times on 3.5 and 3.4a and well 3.5 just doesn't work nearly as well as 3.4a does and really frustrates me sometimes.
