All other people that are having install problems have retail cs, i am thew only one that i have seen that is using hl, says i need at least 1.1.1.0 version which i do have. Any help would be appreciated. Also, my H-L folder is installed in d drive not c drive , is that the problem?

make sure you don't have an old vertion of hl on c drive. just make sure that ns isnt looking at anything else but your 1.1.1.0 vertion of hl... other thatn that i dunno
