Id love to see all your work be modeled be a high poly master, aka chrono...
This is work of angels!!!
Only request besides a higher poly model, is for a longer nade... This ones a lil short...

i think you'll be flamed more for just saying "i don't like", than if u actually tell us why
about the actually model, i really like it. I think if it is actually modeled then the top grip could give for some interesting reload animations

thats a nice concept... green's a bit off, but nonetheless, sexy. The nade however looks distinctly familiar, did i make something like a battery gun with it placed diagonally a while back? as for cookie, you spoiled my fun, i wanted to reveal...

Right.. Being delusional and paranoid is hazardous to your health

if you really wish to hear my comments about the model, then sure.
i dislike all the lines that goes over the weapon everywhere. I dont like how the weapons looks like < almost every time, from small to bigger, it just.. Doesnt look good imo.
i hope youre satisfied, but i guess its healthy to know that not everyone loves ur stuff then you can always be better, and thats a good thing
anyway i wouldnt mind it being modeled, always nice to see how things end out, and models usually differs from the original concept.
I dont say that youre a bad concepter i just dont like how you draw them, and thats my personal opinion you got skills thats for sure, but not in my tastings.

Does look somewhat like the M7. The stock is way too small, and honestly, don't make front/top views, part of the fun in modelling concepts is that they give you more freedom than real guns.
Want to get this out of my system, I like the concepts largely for the same reason I like a lot of uglier RL guns (not to say the concepts aren't real purdy), they look like they're supposed to work, and work well. In a good way.

I'll model it sometime soon, but I'unno, I've had my eye on that Titus M3 for some time now, I might model that first...

i like the concept, my only thought is that a pump animation between shots could easily look odd on the current GL since it fires very fast.
maybe angle the stock a wee bit upwards, since you would normally fire it in an arch and with the current placement of the grenades it dosent look like it would dissipate the force of each shot in a pleasant way
just my opinion, i could be wrong though...

It's not pump-action, just loaded through the bottom (like a shotgun).

Started modelling, may or may not get it rendered when I'm done. When I model the MG, maybe I'll make* a sort of cumulative render...

Oh, and the way I figured it'd work is that the rounds are loaded and ejected through the same port. When it fires, first the next round is rotated in (like a revolver), grenade goes flying, the port cover is sent forwards and the casing is ejected. Then when a new round is loaded, it automatically closes the port (cover). And I added this nifty lever to rotate the barrels (for reloading). I might add a charging handle (since you can't reach the hammer like you would on an actual revolver), too.
Sound good?
Drake1
Sep 16 2004, 10:11 PM
the casing does not eject form the current GL the whole shell is launched out hence no shells r removed in the reload sequence
but anything that looks cool will do just fine

Wasn't sure if that was the case, but even then, it's the same thing but without ejecting anything.

I'll make a thread for it if I ever get it rendered.

Like I said, I don't like the stock, so I made a PKM-style one instead.

i think if you re-drew this, it might could make a good gl no drum with a clip style holder and SG type loading from the bottom.
fearfisch-- i saw in your post... holy crap how did you get that many polys with that little bit of stuff?
