increases your slot 1 weapon dmg, and lowers the speed (at 3 chambers it is sometihng like 100% dng boost 100% slow down)

Thanks for the link VampMaster. I've never seen that manual, is there a link to it from the NS homepage? It answered some of the questions I've posted.
