1. if you upgrade to a stronger weapon in a co_ game can you go back to a weaker one, ex. gernade launcher to machine gun

2. if you buy the welder do you stay as a welder for the rest of the game, if yes how do you fight (never tried buying it before)

3. on aliesn when you upgrade to lets say a gorge from a skulk are you stuck as a gorge for the rest of the game or can you upgrade further and further

2. The welder is a 4th slot weapon, so to go to fighting all you have to do is switch back to your primary weapon.

3. Gorge can either go to Lerk, or to Fade. Fade can go to Onos. You can't downgrade.
EDIT: In classic NS, you can gestate into anything else, including Skulk. But you don't get to re-choose your chamber upgrades.

1. I thought you could get HMG and then go GL if you in a weird way wanted to, but only once and vice Versa

yer you can go from HMG > GL or vice versa, but a said, only once.

Doesn't let you go back to Shotty though

And if you switch from HMG to GL it will take you 2 points total (1 for the HMG then 1 for the GL) the switch isn't free.

3. do what i do and get all ur xp BEFORE u go gorge, otherwise ull be sitting there with no uogrades trying 2 kill jp's with spit that on a small game = gg
