Well, lets say that this was suggested once, but the vet forums were too much crowded, and this thread got too many replies, that I think it got forgotten in the time and space (lol j/k)

The ideia is to have another sprite overlaying the health one, creating a ring of armor. I think that would be very nice, since commander can coordinate a better HA attack, indicating a player to welder other, based on the armor info.
Also, he can know wich weapon a player have, how many ammo he got and if got welders/grenades.

The attached image is really old (It was from one of 2.1 betas), but I think that is no problem to attach it now... The image with the HA Model and the Rings, created by Schimmel, got lost in the Vet forums, but I'll try to make something when I have a little time smile-fix.gif

Note: The green ring is the health one, the blue ring is the suggested to be added and the (!!!) would be the icons for the weapons, representation how many ammo the player got for them wink-fix.gif

Would be even better if we could sum with the icons in the player hud idea... wink-fix.gif

Good idea, however big rings could obscure the visabilty, and armour is not really required because there isnt anything the commander can do to fix it. Maybe just have it activate on HA if needed?
Ammo imo is a more useful counter, however that would obstuct the most and rines usually done need ammo whilst fighting, they can call easily enough.
