How to run Natural Selection in 32 bits ? I`ve seen this option after installing NS but i`ve turned it off. Is there a possibility to turn this on again ?

yes, as long as you modify the command line that ASE will use. Modifying the shortcut, and then using ASE normally will not work.

the command line in ASE is general for just HL and I don't know where the mod command lines are...anyone know?

Doesn't matter - just add it into the general shortcut bit for HL in ASE
