I do beleive you have to chage your video setting to opengl
Thansal
correct in one

The deal is that NS NEEDs a 3d card, you have to run in OGL or D3D (OGL is much better)

If the game then says that it dosn't suport GOL or D3D update your video card drivers, or get a new card smile-fix.gif

Radeon 9000, £55 ish
?
Plays Farcry (ok, barely,) at 1024 768 and Doom3 at default settings 40fps.

NS... 100fps easy.

Hardly bank-breaking, wouldn't you say?
mind_shift
What kind of card do you have for trying to run NS?

Plus update drivers, recently I manage to get over 100 fps :O, and thats only in NS no other mod, anyway, did you update your drivers?
SlayerPL
watch out with drver updates. some older ati cards got problems with hl, and an of it's mods. you have to use catalyst 3.6 for everything to work smoothly and without some texture probs.

GG BlueNovember. Thats what I have. Good stable card. Will last me through this next gen of games at least before I have to buy a new card.

Please post what video card you have. You probably have one that can play NS, but you're probably using the wrong settings/old drivers with it.
