How can i get picture to my sig?

Select an image you want, right click > properties, copy and paste URL into the sig box with

that format.
That effectively makes you a leech. I would recommend getting your own hosting service, rather than free-riding on somebody else's bandwidth.
Sharemation.com is a nice 5mb limit free hosting site.
to find sharemation, rclick on either my or sin's sigs and go to properties 
currently you have your sig like this

You will want to do this

You just forgot to add in the end tags... and you had a LOT of unneed font and color codes... you only need one... If you want an image in your sig, just follow the above posts but make sure its no bigger than 400x75 pixels and no bigger than 22k (about 22,750 bytes)
