No matter what server I connect to I get that error, I have a valid SteamID using a valid HL key to create it... HELP!

No matter what server I connect to I get that error, I have a valid SteamID using a valid HL key to create it... HELP!
Log off steam and restart it and it will fix this error 
rue can u help me or any one here?
Follow these steps
1. Log off and quit Steam by clicking here (Right click on ths steam icon)
2. Reload steam and log-in
3. Join any server
