pretty coo looking..butttt,, the rail needs to be taller so the sight "asumming it has m14 like sights" lines up with the front. also the brown pad on the but stock im guessin is a ceach rest needs to be raised to..

Foregrip looks a bit weird (maybe make it a little skinnier?) and the stock could use a little more beef. Other than that, it would make for a great replacement

Ah look great ^_^ Make some diffrent versions of the stock, seems all your conceps seem to use this type of stock

This just looks like an old m16a2 with a stock that has a useless hole in it...no offense but it's just an m16...

word of advice if you are still owrking with this concept, or for concepts in the future, don't limit yourself to old real world designs, try using an extended handgrip look with a prodtruding barrel at the end of it instead of the m4 look, which I doubt will ever be seen again in about a year, let alone in the future. And as for the name, try not to actually give it one. Most weapons don't, and probably won't have big names like the M12 Warsinger for instance, it would just be referred to as the M12. It really helps people look at it in a militaristic way, and not so much a cheesy, 'fps adventure' way.

And the hole is usesless in the stock yes, but instead of filling it out and waste matherials and make it weight like hell you carve out a hole like that, smart eh?


And the name, well thats just like a signature of mine, I name my weapons, but Sure, I have weapons named HR14-Automag etc. But I like giving my weapons names.

I wasn't using the name xm-117 or whatever, I was giving an example. I see your point with the stock, but its a game, therefore try to make it look cool with a small tradeoff to real world efficiency.

Not bashing you though man, I'm just a designer/noobie concept artist trying to give ya some advice...I just don't like seeing people use parts of guns which already exist, its creatively depressing in my opinion
