From lurking and reading the manual, I have gathered that you hold the jump button to glide, so how does jumping/flying/gliding work?

Is it like a tap of "jump" jumps and you repeatedly press jump in the air to flap? I couldn't quite find an explanation in the manual.

Yah, just like that.  Tap jump to flap, hold jump to glide.

what do you mean with glide?

Like a real bird, the wings stay extended and slowly "glides" through the air.

I spotted this MOD at about July too and then completely forgot about it. (Yes, I am ashamed  ) Luckily for me someone just happened to remind me about it 3 days before release, so, although im not a complete N00b, I didn't have as much 'waiting pain' as u guys.
