Description:
From the information supplied above, the suspect seems very much like the standard Frontiersmen Heavy Armor, but do not be fooled by their strikingly similar name and appearance.
If you look carefully, you will notice the suspect is has a different chestplate, and a light-blue visor (similar to the one worn by Light Armor Frontiersmen), whereas the standard Heavy Armor has an odd-looking mask that instills a sense of cluelessness.
The authorities would be most grateful if the local population could provide information leading to the successful download of the above skin, but would like to warn that the suspect might be heavily armed and dangerous.

Hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like it might be Fam's heavy reskin.

hm... I got an HA with glowing visor here... but for the skin... I can just guess what it looks like sorry but the pic is quite... bad D:
