Here's a quick doodle of some sort of Revolver. It is 10 shot, bielive it or not, and it is capable of a scope, and other accesories if the need be. (Hence the scope mount).

The poly counts around 1800 at the minute >.< but i think it can be optimised alot, i should of done that as i went along really.
anyways.. bad render i know, because i did it quickly

I think the part of the handle that wasn't shaded was supposed to be the trigger.
